Honda Cars dealership – One of the Honda Cars dealerships in Aichi Prefecture.

(Okazaki, Toyota, Anjo, Chiryu, Kariya, Nishio, Japan)

Job Responsibilities:

• Automotive maintenance, inspection, and repair.

• Vehicle diagnosis and technical inspection.

• Maintenance and repair of Honda vehicles.

• Work in a professional environment equipped with modern facilities.

Requirements

• Candidates holding a Japanese automotive maintenance qualification (2nd Class or higher).

• Priority given to candidates aged 40 or below.

• Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.

• Able to work long-term in Japan.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: From JPY 201,000/month.

• Bonuses: Twice a year (approximately 4 months' salary).

• Salary increase: Once a year.

• Fuel allowance: JPY 7,000.

• Housing allowance: JPY 17,000.

• Technical allowance (Level 3): JPY 10,000.

• Technical allowance (Level 2): JPY 5,000.

• Travel allowance: Up to JPY 25,000.

• Other allowances: Subject to eligibility.

• Year-end bonus: Paid according to performance.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour break).

Days Off:

• 2 days off per week.

• 110 days off per year.
