| Job Description | Welding sheet metal enclosures for medical equipment, air-conditioning equipment, semiconductor equipment, delivery boxes, and other products. Welding methods: CO₂ welding, TIG welding, spot welding (SP), and other related methods. |
| Working Hours | 08:00–17:00 Breaks: • 12:00–12:50 • 10-minute break at 10:00 • 10-minute break at 15:00 Working schedule according to the company calendar. |
| Salary & Income | Monthly income: Approx. JPY 250,000 or more, including overtime and allowances. Estimated take-home pay: Approx. JPY 165,000/month. Annual income: Approx. JPY 3,000,000. |
| Salary Details | Basic salary: JPY 210,000/month Overtime rate: 125% Overtime: Approx. 20–30 hours/month |
| Days Off | Saturdays and Sundays off. Annual holidays: 102 days. According to the company calendar. |
| Accommodation | Housing cost: JPY 40,000/month. Company dormitory or self-rented accommodation is available. Electricity, water, and gas: Approx. JPY 5,000/month. |
